Betty J. Edwards, known by her many friends as "B.J.", passed away in the Transylvania regional Hospital on Thursday, June 15, 2017.
She had a distinguished career as a vice-President in charge of research publications at Merrill Lynch in New York while her husband, Calvin Edwards, was an English professor at Cornell University and Hunter College in New York.
