Brevard - Beverly M. Waite, 75, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Tore's Home.

Born in Plattekill, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Edna Waite.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Douglas Waite of Utica, NY; her niece, Deborah Cardamon and husband Frank Cardamon of Wilmington, NC; her godmother, Marion Underhill of Connestee Falls, Brevard, and several nieces and nephews.

For many years Beverly was a dental hygiene teacher in school systems in Orange and Ulster Counties of NY, as well as the owner of Needledum of Orange Lake, a needlework shop. For the past 21 years, she resided in Connestee Falls.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
