Bradford D. Loucas, 67, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, at Riverbend Health and Rehabilitation in Asheville, North Carolina after suffering a stroke and a short battle with cancer. He was born in New Jersey to Costas and Charlotte Loucas who have preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister, Joy and her husband Charlie and two nephews.
Brad received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Monmouth College in New Jersey, a Master of Science degree from North Carolina State University and was awarded a PhD in Radiology and Radiation Biology from the Colorado State University. He started his career at Columbia University in New York and retired as a Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He enjoyed his work and his fellow associates greatly. Brad was a wonderful son, brother and friend and will be missed dearly.
