Carolyn Henley

Carolyn M. Henley, 85, of Brevard, Passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017. A native of South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Gordon Sinclair and Kathryn Cummins Crispin. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Crispin.

She lovingly doted on her children and then her grandchildren as well. An avid sports fan, football and basketball initially and later, after moving to Brevard, a fan of NASCAR and "Jeffy" Gordon in particular. She also enjoyed her "critters" with whom she shared her yard.

Her loving survivors include her brother, Russell A. Crispin; daughters Pamela H. Covington and husband Dan and Stephanie L. Henley; and granddaughters Emerald C. Pearson and husband Jeff and Catlin R. Bishop.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in the chapel of Moore-Blanchard Funerals & Cremations with Rev. Paul Smith officiating.
