Donny Stevenson

Donny Ray Stevenson, 58, of Hendersonville, passed away on December 12, 2019 at the Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, NC. A native of Oconee County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Donny P. and Linda Matheson Stevenson.

He is survived by his husband, Billy West; their three fur babies; and his sister, Judy Bagwell.

He had a contagious laugh and was known for his quick wit and humor. Donny was loved and respected by his colleagues and church family. He loved singing in the church choir and playing piano. Donny had a deep faith and was not afraid to share it. He bravely fought cancer for over a year and will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at St. Timothy United Methodist Church in Brevard with Rev. Parker Haynes officiating.
