Ernest Jenkins

Ernest "Goo" John Jenkins, 46, of Brevard, NC passed away October 9, 2016 in Jackson County, NC. He was a native and lifelong resident of Brevard and was a son of the late Thomas Dewey and Evadeen Hoxit Jenkins.

John attended school in Brevard. He was well loved and will be missed by all who knew him. He loved telling jokes and making people laugh. He was a super human with a heart of gold.

Ernest is survived by one brother; Chuck Morgan and wife Amanda of Lake Toxaway, one sister; Martha Jenkins of Rosman, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service for John will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in the Chapel of Moore-Blanchard Funerals & Cremations.
