Helen K. Herman

Helen K. Herman, 85, of Brevard, passed away on March 28, 2026. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Katherine Brady Allen.

A Registered Dietician, she was a graduate of Duke University. She enjoyed walks and hikes through the forest as well as cooking, which was her passion. She enjoyed travelling and spending time with her friends and neighbors.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Lee Herman; her brother Steve Allen (Jan) and her sister, Rachel Bissette.
