Jacqueline Melton

Jacqueline "Jackie" Annette Melton, 51, passed away at her home on Sunday, March 24, 2013. She was a daughter of the late William "Bill" and Billie Owen Gravley. She was preceded in death by a brother; Lloyd Franklin Melton.

Jackie was a native and lifelong resident of Transylvania County. She was a great mother, friend and companion and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by one son; Jason Franklin Gravley and his wife Amy of Brevard, NC, one brother; Johnny L. Melton and his wife Sandra of Rosman, NC, a special life partner of 26 years; Mindy Anne Hogsed, three grandchildren; Sarah Anne Gravley, Allison Nichole Gravley and William Jason Gravley all of Brevard, NC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
