Thelma Kay

Thelma Elizabeth Hester Dove Kay, 92, of Bladenboro, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her parents: Adron and Mary Hester; husbands: Edwin Dove, Rev. Charles Kay; son: Brandon Ray Dove; son-in-law Herbert James Matheson.

Thelma is survived by two sons: Franklin Edward Dove (Annis) of Charlotte, Glenn Dove (Janie) of Bladenboro; two daughters: Marcia Gail Matheson of Horseshoe, Edwina McLamb (Danny) of Holly Ridge; stepdaughter: Betsy Anders (Mark) of Salisbury; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and seven great, great-grandchildren.

Burial will take place at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Little River Baptist Church cemetery.
