Thomas Trakas

Thomas Manning Trakas, 56, of Brevard, passed away on December 24, 2015 at Transylvania Regional Hospital. A native of Brevard, he was the son of Barbara Turner Trakas and the late Chris T. Trakas. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Melody Foster Trakas.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara T. Trakas; his brothers Chris T. Trakas (Stephanie) of Bessemer City, NC, Timothy B. Trakas (Emily) of Stanley, NC, and Terry L. Trakas (Christy) of Bessemer City, NC; and his son, Charles M. Trakas, of Japan.
